Best Moisturisers with SPF

Multitasking in a product that saves your time

If there is one piece of advice any dermatologist will give you, it’s to use sun factor every day. And that doesn’t just mean when on vacation in Spain during summer, it’s EVERY day. But of course after your cleanser, your serum, your eye cream etc etc etc, another thing to buy, open and use can be a bit testing on one’s patience. A good answer then is to use one of the very many products on the market that combine moisturiser with an SPF factor. As we (finally) move into brighter, sunnier days, here is a timely reminder of some of our favourites.

Clinique For Men Super Energizer™ Anti-Fatigue Hydrating Concentrate Broad Spectrum SPF 25

It might have a VERY long name but this product really does multitask, providing an easy-to-apply oil-free moisturiser, SPF 25 sun protection AND also ingredients to energise your skin for up to 12 hours. Great for the morning after… and the zingy orange dispenser is pretty nice too.

Amazing Space Men’s Moisturiser with SPF 15

We mentioned in recent news that one of our favourite brands, Amazing Space, had launched a dedicated men’s line of products. This moisturiser has been on our bathroom shelf ever since as it’s lightweight, has SPF 15 protection (the very minimum you should ever go) and smells absolutely lovely.

Kiehl’s Facial Fuel with SPF 19

An absolute classic, Kiehl’s Facial Fuel moisturiser has been around for years and is still insanely popular and for good reason – it works well, smells good and has an energising wake-me-up zing to it. But it is also available in this version with a (weirdly specific) SPF of 19 so you kill two birds with one stone.

Vichy Capital Soleil Anti-ageing 3-in-1 SPF 50

This one is more on the side of sunscreen that moisturises rather than moisturiser with sunscreen but Vichy are specialists in both so you can rest assured it works. And SPF 50 is good news for your face, especially with its anti-aging properties. This one is particularly good if you have sensitive skin.

Murad Age Balancing Moisture SPF 30

For those with somewhat deeper pockets, this luxury offering from Murad isn’t cheap but it’s very good (and we guess you are saving on buying TWO products…). It’s non-greasy and improves the elasticity of the skin whilst protecting it to a very high degree. One to treat yourself with perhaps.
